About Rich Muir

Not a life coach.
A scientist who meditates.

Rich combines an honours degree in Psychological Science with decades of immersion in Vedic meditation and functional breathwork. His honours thesis specifically explored the relationship between stress and the respiratory system — the science that underpins everything he teaches.

Based in the Currumbin Valley on the Gold Coast, he works with clients in person and online. His approach is practical, grounded and focused on measurable change — not just insight.
