I help people move from stress and anxiety to measurable calm.

I'm Rich. I measure what stress is doing to a nervous system, retrain it, and measure again so the change is visible, not just felt. It starts with a free 25-minute chat, and if I'm not the right fit I'll say so.

No cost, nothing to buy. You leave with your numbers and a clear next step.

How it works

Three easy steps, and the first one is free.

You don't need to know what a nervous system assessment is, or which program suits you. That's my job. Yours is to book the chat.

I measure where you're at

A simple, structured look at your stress, your recovery and your breathing. No jargon. You'll see your own numbers and what they mean.

Before you hang up

You get a plain answer

Which of my four programs I'd recommend and what it costs. Or that none of them is right for you, and where I'd send you instead.

Who this is for

Most people who come to me are functioning, often well. That's exactly the problem.

Nothing is falling over, so nothing gets addressed, and the load keeps accumulating quietly. These are the patterns I see most. If a few of them are familiar, that's what the chat is for.

  • A mind still running at 11pm, sorting tomorrow before today has finished.
  • Sleep that happens, but doesn't restore.
  • A short fuse that arrives before it's been decided on, and the guilt after it.
  • A tight chest, a gut that isn't right, tension that won't release. The tests come back fine.
  • Holidays that help for about four days.

Why it keeps coming back

Stress was never the problem. The problem is not coming back down.

Your system is built to rise to a challenge and then settle. What goes wrong is the settling. Most stress advice teaches you to tolerate the load better. I work on the recovery itself, which is trainable in the same way strength is, and measurable.

I measure first
A clear baseline of where your stress and recovery sit right now, using validated assessments matched to you.
Then we retrain
Structured breath and meditation practice built around your life, not a generic program. A little every day, progressed as your system allows.
And we track it
I re-measure along the way, so you can see the change, not just hope you feel it.

Real people, real numbers

People who came looking for calm, and found it.

★★★★★

"I manage a large team in an always-on environment with constant curve balls. I've seen a significant improvement in my sleep and my ability to manage times of higher stress. I'm a calmer, more contented, present human being."

Renee SoutarGeneral Marketing Manager
★★★★★

"I used to become tense and cranky in the morning routine getting three kids out the door. Now I can stand back from the chaos and choose where I step in. My words are kinder."

Resting heart rate, beats per minute, over six days. "I knew I was feeling better, but feelings aren't always facts, so it was pretty cool to see the data reflect it."

Who you'll be talking to

Not a life coach. Someone who's been where you are, and went looking for why.

In my early thirties I was running a business, raising a family and quietly falling apart. Meditation was the first thing that shifted something, and I've taught it for around ten years now.

Wanting to understand why it worked, I completed an Honours degree in Psychological Science, with a thesis on stress, breath and wellbeing, and trained in breath science and how the nervous system recovers. I share it as someone who needed it to work, not as theory.

Do the work, and your stress comes down. Or you don't pay.

If you follow the program, implement the steps, and the re-assessment doesn't show a reduction in your stress markers against your baseline, you're refunded. It applies to the Stress Breath Program and the Wellbeing Mentoring Program, because those are the two where the work is measured from a baseline through to a re-assessment.

Honest answers

Things people ask before they book.

Is the free chat a sales call?

No. There is nothing to buy on the call and I won't chase you afterwards. You get your numbers and a recommendation. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

What does "measure my nervous system" actually mean?

A short, validated stress questionnaire, a look at your breathing pattern, and a heart rate variability reading where possible. Plain-language results, no gadgets required from you.

Do I have to come to Currumbin Valley?

No. Most first chats happen online. In-person is available if you'd prefer it.

I'm not into meditation. Is this still for me?

Yes. Meditation is one of four paths. The Stress Breath Program is physiological retraining with no meditation in it at all.

Ready when you are

Twenty-five minutes. No cost. A clear picture of what's going on, and what would help.

Book a time that suits you. If you're on the fence, book it anyway. The worst outcome is that you know more than you did.
